Founders

Who We Are

New Homes Alberta is founded by the trio of Joshua, Kevin and Joel who are born and raised Albertans.

Kevin and Joshua began their entrepreneurial journey in University where they launched their first marketing agency. Over the span of 9 years working together, Joshua and Kevin were fortunate to run marketing campaigns for companies such as Ford, Warner Music Group, Mini Cooper, Microsoft, and many others along the way, before finding their way into real estate.

Joel on the other hand is born and raised in Barrhead, Alberta and went on to play college hockey in the U.S. while obtaining his engineering degree. After college Joel moved to Houston, Texas where he spent time designing projects for some of the largest energy companies in the world across the U.S., Africa and Israel. After his time working in Israel ended in 2020 he decided to follow his passion into real estate full-time. Over the course of the past 3 years Joel has been partnered with one of the highest producing teams at eXp realty, ranking #3 in Canada and selling over $300,000,000 in volume in 2022/2023.
