As born-and-raised Albertans, Joshua, Kevin, and Joel witnessed firsthand the unique needs and nuances of Alberta’s real estate market. Our Founders’ Story: A Vision Rooted in Alberta, Inspired by the World
New Homes Alberta was founded by lifelong Albertans Joshua, Kevin, and Joel, each bringing a unique blend of expertise and a shared commitment to elevating the real estate experience across the province.
Joshua and Kevin began their journey in university, founding a marketing agency that served major clients like Ford, Warner Music Group, and Microsoft over nearly a decade. Their focus on personalized service and strategic insight naturally led them into real estate. Joel, born in Barrhead, Alberta, pursued an engineering career that took him from the U.S. to Africa and Israel, where he managed projects for global energy companies. In 2020, he returned to his passion for real estate, joining one of Canada’s top-producing teams with over $300 million in sales.
In 2022, the three joined forces, launching a global marketing company and ultimately founding New Homes Alberta to bring their expertise home. They saw the need for local agents with true Alberta insight—and a mission to protect buyers with genuine, community-centered service.
